Are Luminelle's Gemstones Ethically Sourced?

Yes, we source all of our stones from a conscious lab in the State. They are all responsibly sourced.

Ordering

How long does it take to receive the ring?

All of our rings are custom made and 100% handmade, so they usually take about 3~4 weeks to make. After the ring is completed, I will arrange the shipment as soon as possible, and then I will synchronize the logistics information to you.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! All orders can be cancelled within 48 hours for free. All the jewelry are made to order and 100% hand-made, so once the production begins, we will charge a restocking fee of 30% based on the production progress.

Do you guys offer payment plans/financing?

We offer payment plans with 0% interest up to 24 installments. It can be a weekly or monthly payment plan.The first payment will be $100 at least. When the first payment is up to 1/2 of the order total, we will start making your jewelry.The piece will be shipped once the last payment is paid.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.All items are made to order for each customer. Please allow 2-3 weeks after purchase for shipping.All standard shipping are free within the United States.All orders shipped with USPS.If you have other requirements for transportation, please contact us.

How do I return/exchange my jewelry?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST( E-mail: support@luminelledesign.com) before returning any items and we will give you instructions on returning them. All items must be sent to the address below. A refund will be issued minus shipping and restocking fees. Refund is not guaranteed if we are not contacted before item is shipped. Returned products must not show signs of wear and tear, marks and scratches, or have any kind of damage. Our return policy EXCLUDES custom orders, engraved items, and items broken or damaged after receipt.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your jewelry. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Do you offer warranty? What is it like?

Our warranty includes:All repairs within 1 year of purchase.Correcting any manufacturing defects.Our manufacturing warranty does not include:The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing.Damage due to wear such as worn or bent prongs or the resulting loss of gemstones.Theft or loss of the ring.Please note that all fine jewelry can be affected by normal wear, activities, or trauma. This is especially true for rings, since hands are actively used and subject to daily pressure. Precious metals, especially prongs, wear down over time and may require restoration work as part of normal maintenance. Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, maintenance, loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft. Coverage also excludes damage or loss caused by a failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the integrity of the jewelry.

Is there a second quality inspection before shipment?

Of course, our experts will conduct quality inspection on the rings before shipment.

How to qualify for the two-year warranty?Any customer who has purchased products from our store (excluding services) can participate in this event. You only need to snap a pic or video of our rings and share on your favorite socials – Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Tag us.Is there an additional charge for a two-year warranty?No, there is no charge for warranty service in this activity. However, the customer must bear the shipping cost of the product back.
