PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST( E-mail: support@luminelledesign.com) before returning any items and we will give you instructions on returning them.
A refund will be issued minus shipping and restocking fees.
The restocking fees
Orders can be canceled for free within 24 hours after purchase, 50% fee for jewelry is already finished. This amount will be deducted from a full refund. It covers our tax and administrative fees, packaging costs, and lost materials and doesn't cover the effort involved - we don't earn anything on this.
Refund is not guaranteed if we are not contacted before item is shipped.
Cancellation of Shipped or Delivered Orders
We do not accept returns without a valid reason, and we do not accept returns for non-quality-related issues.
If you request a return due to a quality issue, 50% of the order amount will be deducted (rush fees and shipping charges are non-refundable).
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will issue your refund within 7 business days.
Quality Issues Include:
Major defects in metal or craftsmanship, such as broken prongs, cracked bands, or loose/fallen gemstones.
Significant differences between the item received and the item ordered.
Non-Quality Issues Include:
Personal preferences such as not liking the product, gemstone pattern, color, shape, or overall look.
Damage caused by force, chemicals, or improper handling.
Natural gemstone variations or differences in size/appearance compared to expectations.
(For example, Moss Agate is naturally unique and no two stones look the same.)
Orders Not Eligible for Return:
- Custom Orders
Includes engraving, custom designs, custom gemstone settings, any service beyond what is listed on the product page, or any personalized modifications. - Special Materials / Gemstones
950 Platinum and Black Gold items are not eligible for return. - Items damaged due to human misuse.
- Orders outside the United States.
- Items that have been repaired.
- Return Process
If the product has not been delivered yet: we will issue a direct refund.
If you have already received the product:
Please contact our customer service team, and we will provide the return address.
After you ship the item back and send us the tracking number, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 7 business days.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Warranty
Every purchase made at Luminelle includes our warranty.
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry.
What Our Warranty Covers
Repair of manufacturing defects within 90 days of purchase.
Correction of craftsmanship issues, such as structural problems resulting from production.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
- Ring resizing (resizing is not included in the warranty).
- Gemstone replacement due to personal preference (e.g., not liking the stone’s pattern, color, or appearance).
- Discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, cosmetics, pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
- Damage caused by normal wear, including worn or bent prongs, or gemstone loss due to wear.
- Any damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or improper care.
- Theft or loss of the jewelry.
- Damage caused by failing to maintain or repair the jewelry in a timely manner.
Important Note
All fine jewelry is subject to normal wear. Rings experience more frequent impact and pressure due to daily hand activity. Precious metal prongs can thin over time and may require maintenance or restoration. These issues are considered normal wear and are not covered by the manufacturing warranty.
